Sales and Services Terms and Conditions
All customers requesting services and retail sale from High Spec Tech Ltd agree to the following conditions.
By requesting services provided by High Spec Tech Ltd you are confirming that you are the owner of the property in or on which the services are to be performed or have received authorisation from the owner.
High Spec Tech Ltd is responsible for delivering you a high level of service. If at any time your experience is less than this, please let us know and we will make it right. It is your responsibility to inform us accurately of the condition of your device, as well as any modifications or repairs attempted and/or completed on your device prior to any work carried out by High Spec Tech Ltd. If your device is found to differ from your description, we will contact you to discuss as further charges may apply.
Third Party Repairs
High Spec Tech Ltd are highly trained to provide service and repairs on your device. We are an independent service provider and are no way affiliated with Apple, Samsung or any other manufacturer. Although third-party work on your device may void your manufacturer warranty, High Spec Tech Ltd will offer its own warranty of three months from collection date on the parts and/or service performed by us.
We may require the passcode of your device in order to test the device before and after the repair and to provide a diagnostic. If you do not provide this information, this can delay your repair and in many cases, make it impossible to troubleshoot issues and diagnose faults. If a passcode is refused, we cannot be held responsible for any issues with your Device as a full functional check is not possible.
Data Backup Policy
Before High Spec Tech Ltd performs any repair on your computer or devices, it is strongly advised that you make a full back up of all data. It is solely your responsibility to back up the data and information or other files stored on your discs and/ or hard drives. High Spec Tech Ltd will not be held responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and or software. If you need help backing up your data, please ask a member of staff for guidance before any repair or work is carried out on your device.
Repair times are only estimated and are never guaranteed under any circumstance. Some repairs may take longer due to the specific needs of the equipment during the repair. There is a charge for express repairs which is calculated on a scale of work bases. However, we aim to have all repairs done as quickly as possible and reunite the devices with their owners.
High Spec Tech Ltd does not take responsibility for any progression in damage for devices that have been water damaged. Although unlikely, opening the device could set off further damage and in some cases, may be irreparable. After repair, unknown issues can also arise from the prior water damage which are beyond our control. In cases where further repair is needed there may be additional costs incurred.
Computers and devices are considered abandoned if you do not contact us within 30 days of product arrival or service completion. We will make every attempt to contact you. We will recycle your product at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
If any device should be lost or damaged further than the condition it was given to us High Spec Tech Ltd liability will be limited to the cost of repair, or for the replacement of the device in its condition at the time of transfer to High Spec Tech Ltd based on current fair market value. High Spec Tech Ltd liability for damages from any cause when it comes to repairing your product is limited to the cost of the repair service, or a comparable refurbished replacement device. Replacement will only take place when all repair options are exhausted. Replacement is based on fair current market value and condition. High Spec Tech Ltd and its affiliates have no liability whatsoever for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a repair or repair attempt, any advice given, including any lost or damaged data, software, or lost profits or revenue of the customer. We also reserve the right to refrain from providing any or all services requested and refund your payment, wholly or in part, if minimum system requirements are not met or your requirements are unusual, extensive, or beyond the scope of our services as reasonably determined by High Spec Tech Ltd staff.
If High Spec Tech Ltd ability to provide services is impaired by circumstances beyond our control, we may choose not to provide services.
Your name, address and other details are held on our secure internal system, so we can inform you when your device has been repaired. We also hold your details so we can provide after-sales service. By using our services, you consent to our use of your personal Information as described. Under no circumstances is your data used or shared with anyone outside of the company.

3 Month Parts Warranty
Newly installed parts in all Devices are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of installation. This covers any laptop, phone or tablet screen and/or LCD and any other repaired or replaced parts that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed. Our warranty does not cover water damage (as detailed above), tampering or any physical damage.
In Store Retail Sales
If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for it in the manor you paid for it. If the Item is faulty then please return it to us. We will inspect and test the item and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection. Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or the supplier cannot be refunded. If the item has a clear manufactures fault it can be replaced with the same or refunded if returned inside 14 days of original purchase date. If the item is outside of the 14 days from purchase, then a replacement only will be provided. Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers cannot be refunded.
Limited Warranty on Moving Parts and Lipo Batteries
Limited warranty applies to products such as moving parts and Lipo Batteries, Items such as Motors have a limited warranty period of 2 months from date of purchase and this excludes any crash damage, Neglect, or Overloading or Fitting props which will cause overload and damage. Lipo Batteries have a limited warranty of a period of 2 months, this is due to the chemistry used to produce this type of battery technology and the ease of user abuse such as discharging below critical levels, incorrect charging methods, and incorrect storage.
